1. SaaS Subscriptions
FanRecon (Registered as Fan Recon) offers a professional B2B service. We stand by the quality of our Talent Management Suite.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For new Agency subscriptions, we offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided that the account has not exceeded reasonable usage limits (defined as >1,000 processed messages).
2. Consumption Clause (Stars Credits)
Certain features of the Platform may require the consumption of credits or "Stars" for AI processing or high-velocity actions.
No Refunds on Consumed Resources:
Once a credit or API unit has been consumed (e.g., an AI message has been generated and sent), it is strictly non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the end-user's reception of the generated content.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Billing" section of the Dashboard.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service after the initial 7-day window.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the 7-Day Guarantee, please email billing@FanRecon.com with your Agency ID and reason for cancellation.
