Last Updated: January 14, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Agency", "You") and FanRecon.com (Registered as Fan Recon) ("Service", "We", "Us") regarding your access to and use of the FanRecon Talent Management Suite.
By accessing the Service, you confirm that you are a business entity or acting on behalf of one, and you possess the legal authority to bind said entity to these Terms.
2. Talent Management Suite Licensing
FanRecon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our SaaS platform for the purpose of managing Telegram bot identities ("Digital Talent"), analyzing conversation metrics, and processing transactions via the Telegram Stars ecosystem.
- Seat Limitations: Your license is strictly limited to the number of active bot instances ("Seats") included in your subscription tier.
- Commercial Use: You may use the Service to generate revenue from end-users ("Fans"). FanRecon is not a party to these transactions.
3. Telegram Stars (XTR) & Transactions
The Service facilitates the monitoring of Telegram Stars (XTR) transactions. You verify and agree that:
- FanRecon does not process payments directly. All financial clearing is handled by Telegram.
- We claim no ownership over the Stars revenue generated by your bots.
- You are solely responsible for fulfilling any "Digital Goods" or services promised to Fans in exchange for Stars.
4. Liability & Indemnification (B2B)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanRecon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to FanRecon in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any violation of these Terms, specifically including:
- Violation of Telegram's ToS or Public Content Guidelines.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or abuse our API endpoints.
- Non-payment of SaaS subscription fees.
